At Roofing4US, we want to ensure your construction project is a success, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused and undamaged roofing materials. All items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the materials you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Materials

Ensure all shingles, underlayment, or accessories are securely packed on their original pallets or in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit.

Shipment Collection

For large freight items, we will coordinate a pickup with our logistics partners; for smaller parcel items, you may use the prepaid label provided in your RMA email.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality and quantity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
